CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS
Place your Custom Apparel order online.
• Supply all logo files and custom information using the inputs in the “Custom Info” section just below the quantity selector.
• Some placements for custom uploaded logos may cause default FXR graphics to be moved, removed, or resized to accommodate the custom logos.
• File numbers next to the file inputs correspond to the numbered placeholders shown in the product photos above. Logo placement must be within the designated placeholders in the shaded area of the product photos.
• Once you have completed your order and payment has been processed, your custom order will automatically be put in our work queue.
• Customers will receive one proof of their custom piece for approval within 10-15 business days of placing their order.
• Please allow 6 to 8 weeks production time to fully design and sew your custom piece. Shipping time will be on top of this and will depend on shipping method chosen by customer.
• FXR reserves the right to deny any inappropriate words/names/logos. All trademarked logos will require written permission or proof of sponsorship from said company.
• Discount codes do not apply to Custom Apparel
• Non Returnable, Non Refundable (see warranty & returns policy)
