Elah by Isabel Kraemer is a cosy, lace front cardigan that is knit seamlessly from the top down.  The front and neck bands are knit as you go, which means no picking up stitches (yay!).  I have knit this one myself (using Marigold) and was amazed at how quickly it knit up.  Kits come with the yarn only; you can purchase the pattern separately via.
